Our client, a manufacturing firm, is currently looking for a Financial Controller to become part of a small, collaborative team of six professionals. With its headquarters in Wiltz, Luxembourg, the company employs 20 people and also operates branches in both Germany and Belgium. In this role, the Financial Controller will report directly to the CFO and assist with a variety of financial responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities | Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg

• Work in close partnership with operational teams to support the development of an internal management system.
• Ensure tax and social regulation compliance across business activities.
• Monitor and manage budgets across the group’s various subsidiaries.
• Supervise and provide leadership to the finance and administrative staff within the organization.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg

• You have at least three years of relevant experience in financial controlling or auditing, preferably gained in Luxembourg or Belgium. Time spent at a Big Four firm will be seen as an advantage.
• Familiarity with the industrial sector or previous experience handling industrial client portfolios would be beneficial.
• You are passionate about technology and IT solutions.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English are required. Knowledge of German would be highly advantageous.
