On behalf of a prestigious international law firm based in Luxembourg, I'm currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Corporate Law team.
This is a full-time, permanent position within a collaborative and people-focused environment. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of lawyers while also being part of a dynamic pool of assistants.

Drafting, formatting and proofreading legal documents, letters, contracts, and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Managing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and coordinating with clients and team members.

Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, and managing contacts databases.

Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.

Supporting timekeeping, file opening, document filing, archiving, and other administrative procedures.

Working collaboratively with your fellow secretaries to ensure that workload is balanced across the pool.

Assisting with ad hoc tasks from partners and associates within the department.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least 2–3 in a law firm
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word formatting, mail merge, Excel)
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level)
- Reliable, proactive, team-oriented and well-organized
Key details:
- Location: Luxembourg City
- Salary: €50–60k gross/year + €15 meal vouchers + premium health insurance
- 34 days off per year
- Flexible hours and partial home office
- Start date: as soon as possible
Interview process: 2 interviews (HR/Office Manager + Partners), with at least one in person.
